How do I: Inspect XO-STRUCT-12UT parts?¶

Delivery checks¶

On the reception of the XO-STRUCT-12UT parts, customers are required by Exobotics to check the following:

• visible external damages on the parcel (shocks, water damage, etc.).
• removed or damaged security features (zip-ties or locks)
• content of the parcel (report any missing items)

Post-delivery checks¶

Exobotics recommends customers to checks the XO-STRUCT-12UT parts within a month of reception. Here is a non exhaustive list of possible checks:

• part cleanliness (dust, fingerprints, etc.)
• signs of corrosion
• signs of mishandling (bent surfaces, scratches etc.)

Assembly checks¶

It is recommended to inspect all parts for dust and contamination before adding them to the satellite assembly. Here is a non exhaustive list of possible checks:
